Dwain delivers small and large group sessions on a regular basis. These sessions are high intensity and low impact, allowing individuals of all abilities to get involved and workout at a level suitable for them.

Speed is perhaps the most critical skill for any athlete. Most explosive movement happens over short distances (5-10 yards). Our group training recruits the specific muscle groups required to produce that explosive speed within your first three steps.
